This page explains how payment works at Cymbiotikadeal, what payment methods we accept, and what you should expect at checkout.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa (credit and debit cards)
- Mastercard (credit and debit cards)
- PayPal
We do not accept cash, cheques, money orders, bank transfers, or cryptocurrency. We do not offer buy-now-pay-later financing or instalment plans.
How Payment Works
The checkout process is straightforward:
- Select the item or items you want and add them to your shopping cart.
- Click the cart icon and review your order summary, including quantities and total price.
- Click “Checkout” to proceed to the payment page.
- Enter your shipping details, then choose your preferred payment method — Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal.
- Complete the payment. If you choose PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal’s secure login page and then returned to our site to confirm the order.
- You will receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided. This email confirms that payment was successful and that your order is being processed.
Currency
All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank or card issuer will apply its own exchange rate and may charge a foreign transaction fee. We do not control those fees and do not receive any portion of them.
Payment Security
All payments are processed through a secure SSL-encrypted connection. Your card details are transmitted directly to our payment processor and are not stored on our servers after the transaction is complete. Our payment processors are PCI-DSS compliant.
When You Are Charged
Your payment method is charged at the time you place the order. We do not place a temporary hold or authorisation and then charge later. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 1–2 business days.
Failed Payments
If a payment is declined, the order will not be placed. You will see an error message at checkout and can try a different payment method or contact your bank. If you believe a payment was declined in error, contact us at info@cymbiotikadeal.my and we will check whether an order was created.
Refunds to Your Payment Method
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method. A refund to a Visa or Mastercard will appear on the card that was charged. A refund to PayPal will be returned to the PayPal account used for the purchase. Refunds take 1–2 business days for us to process after a return is received, plus 7–10 business days for your bank or PayPal to post the credit. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
No Additional Fees
We do not charge payment processing fees, convenience fees, or any other fee on top of the product price and applicable shipping (which is free). The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged.
